The hotel's location is perfect, near the attractions, parks and the shopping district. The rooms are good enough for us, clean and have enough space. The full English breakfast was very delightful, it was included in the rate. Other foods were quite expensive though but of good quality. The staff were very welcoming and obliging. Would definitely go back here

We were in London for several days and we stayed here. The rooms are in a good state, meals are wonderfully-prepared all the time, the hotel exudes a very friendly atmosphere. But he most remarkable thing about this place would be the staff. They had been very generous and helpful to us all through out our stay. Helped us get restaurant bookings! Very customer-service oriented

During our recent trip to the city, this was our choice for our hotel. It was a very good choice for us. Great service with very friendly staff; room service particularly during breakfast was good. The hotel offers different kinds of rooms and we are considering of getting a themed room next time we are here. We liked the room we got with t he very comfortable bed, beautiful designs. Location is very convenient, near the tourist attractions and shopping district.
