They brag about the hotel being a four star but I think it does not live up to its level. The lobby was beautiful but badly let down by the tired-looking furniture. The same goes for the room, not in a very promising state! Tattered sheets, towels, rag-like carpet among other stuff. For the price, it was a rip off!

The noise kept us awake all night, the earplugs did not help at all. Although the hotel is beautiful with equally beautiful rooms, the noise was just too much to bear!

My company booked me into his hotel and it was okay for me. My room was in good condition but small, the lifts were small too and slow, the floors creaked most of the time which was annoying for me. On the good side, the hotel upgraded my room at no extra cost(!), reception area very presentable, and the service was okay. The staff too were very welcoming. It would not be that bad to stay here again.
