Family-friendly hotel

The kids went with us and they had a great time in this hotel, particularly the pool. Rooms are big enough for us. But credit should be given to the staff. They were very helpful in every imaginable way. All our needs were properly catered to. Very highly recommendable

My friend and I had made up for lost time by staying in the hotel and doing some shopping. It was one enjoyable weekend for us. The hotel staff could not be more helpful and nice. Our room although small was pleasant in its own way and taking a shower in the marble bathroom was very nice. The windows would not open but did not affect our great stay.

The hotel's location is convenient but be sure to cope up with the noise. The kind of service that they have here is very lousy and needs to be improved, saved for the reception staff who made checking in and out a little less problematic. The bar was also fine but like the rest of the hotel, needs to be renovated to have a better atmosphere. Some areas of the hotel are not clean.
