We chose the Riviera for our honeymoon because it is away from St Julians busy nightlife and what we were told would be packed with students. The Riviera is in the north of Malta and all the major beaches are close by. To our surprise we were given a room upgrade and had a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. Hola beach is a great place a few metres away were one can relax to chillout music, have a nice dinner and dance the night away. Their spa is really great. Food at the bistro was outstanding. We definitely recommend it. | ||||||||||

We booked this hotel through the internet and we were pleasantly surprised when we were provided with a very satisfying 4 person suite and a sea view for our other companions when we went for a wedding celebration. And to our surprise our companions were given free drinks and a free cake because of their anniversary. The very clean hotel had a very efficient hotel crew and an in house medical doctor who is on call 24 hrs daily. Although the hotel is isolated, public transport was available. The hotel was near several beautiful beaches and boat rides were available. Buffet breakfast and dinner was simply delicious. Other delicacies were available for patrons were not keen on native food fare. This hotel is family oriented but not for teenagers. Romance is often in the air and wddings are usually held by the pool or on the beach. We hope to go back to this hotel in the near future. |

We spent a few more days here after several days of conference. It was very rewarding because the place was near the sea and palm trees surrounded the beach. The bistro served delicious food and was better than any other restaurant in the island. The hotel crew was very efficient. While we enjoying a bottle of wine the tables were situated in an area that offered a fantastic view of the sunset and and seaside. The indoor pool and the spa were just too good to miss. It was a definite place to really relax and unwind. We emjoyed immensely and we plan to return in the near future. |
